I dreamt about the most pleasant walk, out of this house at night on a hill, a wide path edged with grass. The edge was somehow designed and constructed so that you could stray over to the edge and yet not lose your balance. The path sloped down, with the steeper hill on the right, and then went up again to a gate at the end.

I walked down this walk, strewn with straw, to the gate ,and then walked back, taking my time even though it was late at night and would delay my departure. When I got back inside I recommended the walk to Victoria, who was sitting in the living room of this house.

Then a bunch of stuff happened that I dont remember, relating to Charles Millar and moving a bunch of mattresses around, I also remember being urged to stay and go on the walk myself, but I had a long drive ahead of me, it being by this time 1 or 2 or 3 in the morning, so I left.

Out the front door, and around counterclockwise, past a gas station and into a parking lot, I noticed the gate from the yard at the end of the path. It was up a freeway embankment. I could have come right out the gate and come down to my car! The car was the white Mitsubishi.

I was carrying two things, a blanket and maybe some magazines, I opened the door and put the blanket in the back seat and the magazines in the front seat through the front door. Then, walking around the car to get in and go, a man came up to me and said he was taking (stealing) the car, I had to give him the keys. So I did, and he drove away.

Later in the dream, as a second story to a story someone at work was telling, I said, Well, I have had three cars stolen. First, a Jeep which was someone elses car loaned to a car rental agency, which I had rented; second, my first white Mitsubishi Montero, and third, this replacement of it.

Someone in the dream, either at this point or earlier, said well, you have to look out for spending too much time getting into a car, because then car thieves, or I guess robbers. have an opportunity to get your car then.
