Another Dip Recipe Tried by the Daily Channel

As mentioned earlier, I’ve been trying out several dip lately. Here’s another dip recipe that passed my palate. Let me know if it passes your standards. Happy dipping!
Smoked Salmon Dip
You will need:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp grated onion
- 1 tsp horseradish
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups of smoked salmon (chopped or flaked)
- 1/2 cup of pecans (chopped)
- 3/4 cup sour cream
Procedure:
1. Mix very well the sour cream, lemon juice, horseradish, salt, cream cheese, and onion in a bowl. Add the salmon and mix again. Transfer to a large bowl.
2. Mix the parsley and chopped pecans. Sprinkle over the salmon mixture done earlier.
3. Serve the dip with crackers. Makes 3 cups.
