This afternoon, one of my co-workers read CNN online. "Bad scene in Santa Monica," he said. When I looked out the window, I counted the helicopters hovering over downtown Santa Monica, above the farmers' market we often visit on Saturdays. Fortunately, no one I know was on the scene. You can see 6 news choppers in a photo of the airspace from my workplace.

Here's the photo of Six of the eight helicopters hovering over Santa Monica, CA, after an 86-year-old driver killed eight people by accelerating, rather than braking, through a crowded three-block farmers market.
