What's on the menu ?

Newby's Mystery stew from last month was great. It was more work than I was looking for, though, cutting up all that Polish sausage. This is a great recipe when you have to feed a lot of non-vegetarians, and you don't particularly care if it's a low-fat meal. This week's menu, October 13 through October 17
